Choosing a blogging engine
When deciding which blog engine to use as the engine for this site I had several criteria.

Ease of use
Free / Open-source
Ability to have pages, not only posts…
Preferably a large community, with lots of support, plugins and themes

In the end i chose Wordpress. It met all the criteria, and had very good reviews. [...]
